I know how you feel. I am a stylist, and I always see girls like this with really long hair. I just want to take a pair of scissors and a comb. Place the the comb under her chin, and start snipping. That's what I did to my Puerto Rican girlfriend. She used to have long jet black hair that reached her thighs. Then one day, she came to me and asked me to cut it for her. It was too much to manage especially because she is '5'9. So I agreed, and she sat in a chair. Put the towel over her. Then I snipped it off right up to her chin. She looks great now.
